ABSORBENCY - HOW MUCH CAN THEY HANDLE?

• The four layers of discreet, absorbent gusset hold up to 10ml (1-2 tampons)
• These knickers can replace pads or tampons giving leak-free protection for periods, bladder leaks, discharge and sweat when exercising.

SIZE MATTERS

• The Sarah is a low cut style, some of our customers like to size down. 

CARING FOR YOUR SARAHS

• Wash at 30º or 40º  - do not use fabric conditioner
• Do not tumble dry - air dry instead! 
• FYI - they will take slightly longer to dry due to the layers of gusset.
